Our properties incorporate the latest in home automation to make living in them an experience. However, the technology is discretely designed and operated so is easily operable.
Central house automation systems integrate and link lighting, audio visual/CCTV/entry and heating systems to a central computer in a dedicated server room. All the connected systems can be operated locally at wall control points, by remote control or when specified, remotely by text message.
Lighting systems, whilst normally operating just like any other, also allow pre-programmed lighting scenes to be initiated at the touch of a button. Typical scenes could include dinner, party or vacation mode which produces semi random light operations. The systems can reduce energy consumption too, whilst increasing lamp life substantially.
Multizone audio visual systems allow a range of media sources such as Sky, DVD, TV and music, to be used throughout the house. The media computer (located in the server room) stores movies, pictures and music so that they can be accessed from any active zone in the property.
