New Build 2008
This was designed as a very large four bedroom home situated in its own gardens and with adjacent paddock. A two-storey high green oak and glass atrium overlooking the dining hall was central to the design for the interior, pouring light into the centre of the house and the adjacent breakfast room and drawing room.
Oak finishes were used throughout the house including doors, floors and the treads and handrails on the three bespoke staircases. Other details included twin glass Juliet balconies overlooking the paddock in the master bedroom and a games room on the second floor with a cinema quality sound system.
The house included a full automation system for lighting, audio/visual and security.
